1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RedeemForge ("Platform," "Service," or "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

RedeemForge is a service that enables content creators to create interactive channel point redeems with animated overlays for streaming platforms (primarily Twitch).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RedeemForge. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • You are not prohibited by law from using the Platform
  • You comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree not to share your password with others
  • You are solely responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through account settings
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
  • Some data may be retained for legal/compliance purposes

4. License and Usage Rights

Grant of License

RedeemForge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use the Platform for personal, non-commercial streaming purposes
  • Create, edit, and manage overlays for your Twitch channel
  • Access asset library content for use in your redeems

Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Resell or redistribute RedeemForge to others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Platform for illegal activities
  • Create overlays that violate Twitch Terms of Service
  • Scrape, automate, or bulk download content
  • Use overlays for commercial purposes without explicit permission
  • Impersonate others or create overlays with misleading content

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain all rights to overlays and redeems you create
  • You grant RedeemForge a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your creations (for analytics and showcase purposes)
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe third-party rights

Platform Content

  • RedeemForge and its logo are trademarks of RedeemForge
  • The Platform's design, code, and structure are protected by copyright
  • Asset library content is licensed from artists; see individual asset licenses
  • You may not use RedeemForge trademarks without written permission

6. Payments and Billing

  • Free plan: 1 overlay, limited features
  • Paid plans: Starter ($9.99/month), Pro ($24.99/month), Business ($99.99/month)
  • Annual billing available at discounted rates
  • Pre-registration program: $100 one-time for lifetime 50% discount on any plan
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are not available for partial months

7. Twitch Integration

OAuth Connection

  • RedeemForge integrates with Twitch via OAuth 2.0
  • You authorize us to access your Twitch account (read channel info, create custom rewards)
  • You can revoke access at any time via Twitch settings
  • Revoking access will disable RedeemForge functionality

Custom Rewards

  • RedeemForge automatically creates Twitch custom rewards based on your redeems
  • You are responsible for managing these rewards on Twitch
  • Deleting a redeem in RedeemForge does NOT auto-delete the Twitch reward
  • You must manually delete rewards from Twitch if needed

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as-is" without warranties. We do NOT guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, data backup or recovery, or compatibility with all streaming setups.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RedeemForge's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.
